Sachin Singhai

Sachin, is an experienced, 'Cyber & Information Security Analyst' with more than 10 years of experience. After his, Electronics Engineering, he studied, 'Masters Diploma in Information Security Management' & achieved couple of international certifications in 'IT Security Testing, Security Auditing & in Cyber Forensics'. He has worked with small consulting organizations as, 'Sr. Information Security Analyst', in the initial days of his career & then worked as independent technical consultant with top National Security Agencies of India, serving on their 'Intelligent Data Analysis' assignments.

He has worked with many of the esteemed government & defense clients in Asia & Africa, including Interpol, Ministry of Home, Ministry of Defense, Law Enforcement Agencies, Defense Units – Cyber Divisions, Digital Forensic Investigation Labs etc. He has also catered to top ISPs, Telcos & BFSI. He has gained quite a vast & rich experience, working on many of the national cyber security assignments & key projects.

He has delivered a few key knowledge talks in many of the Cyber Security Industry events in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia & in Africa. He regularly speaks on, 'Cyber Security & Cyber Warfare, Open Source Intelligence, New Age Technologies for Lawful Investigations, Advanced techniques for Information Intelligence, Strategic Planning & Commissioning of Information Dominance'.

He is currently associated with, 'Code Decode Labs Pvt. Ltd.', where he is a co-founder & serving the eminent clients on consulting assignments in 'Cyber & Information Security'. He has also co-founded 'Cyber Safe International Alliance', in Malaysia in 2010 along with 2 more industry veterans & since then started its activities as Indian unit, by spreading the awareness in common people, students, government to learn & adopt the basics of cyber security lessons & safeguard their own data & digital assets. He drives most of the activities in India for, 'Cyber safe India Alliance', along with other industry veterans & domain experts. This NGO is supported by the Government & Industry regularly.

Vaishali Bhagwat

Vaishali Bhagwat is a Computer Science graduate and now a practicing lawyer doing litigation and non-litigation (convincing and drafting) work. Vaishali is a Chevening scholar and was awarded the prestigious TCS Chevening Scholarship at UK on international collaboration on Cyber Policy.

She is also a "Dishaa" Alumni - a program on innovative leadership - INDIA -UK Joint Venture. Her law practice include Commercial and Contract Law, Property, Family, Banking, Consumer Protection , Intellectual property and Cyber Law and Arbitration.

She conducts cases at District Court Pune, Adjudicating Officer (IT ACT), Cyber Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Family Court and High Court (Appellate side). She is a popular faculty at various industry forums such as CII, NIBM, ISACA, MCCIA, DSCI, C-DAC and at national and international conferences, CISO summits, Hacking Conventions on information security and cyber law.

She participated in the Global summit on Privacy and Data protection organized by Vodafone. She acts as an advisor to several companies on Data and IP protection, Cyber law compliances and Corporate Liability. She is also invited on several industry and educational forums to speak on laws relating to women, Property Right and 'Will'.

Vineet Kumar

Vineet Kumar is the Founder & President of Cyber Peace Foundation (CPF). CPF, an NGO working against Cyber wars and Cyber Weapons. He is also a chèvening scholar and student of the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom (Ministry of Defence & Cranfield University).
Previous to this engagement he had been the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Head of the Cyber Defence Research Centre (CDRC) of Jharkhand Police, Government of Jharkhand. He is also the:
